It's early in this recruitment, but I like the Fears factor on this one. 

@ac4 Definitely a heavyweight recruitment...home state school plus UNC and Duke.  Still, as you note, Fears would seem to be a positive in MSU's direction.  Very early in the game, though.

Am I correct in thinking that having Borovich on our staff will be helpful with this recruitment? I know he worked for Northwestern; did he have any notable success recruiting big time talent in Chicago?

@troy-mcclure not really but hard to judge a guy based on what he’s able to get done at Northwestern. Overall, their recruiting was pretty solid during his time there (last years class was really good by their standards)…just not heavy Chicagoland representation.
