I'm excited to be attending the game on Wednesday with my family.  It'll be the first time back in the Brez in a few years.  As some of you from SpartanMag know, I have been fighting Pancreatic Cancer for a few years.  In September I was able to have a 13+ hour surgery where they were able to remove my tumor.  I am currently cancer-free!  Through my battle I had the pleasure of becoming friends with one of MSU's biggest athletic donors.  He was kind enough to give me his floor seats for the game versus Oakland.  I'm really excited to give my kids this experience.  I can say from firsthand experience, that the bigtime alum we have behind our athletic programs are second to none.  We are very lucky at MSU.  Not only do they provide great financial support to our programs, but they are also amazing people!  It's also perfect that the game is against Oakland, as my wife is a professor there and we live in Oxford, home of Oakland's best player Trey Townsend.
