Anyone who thinks that Scott and Ward were plan B recruits are likely making judgments by simply looking at recruiting rankings. Izzo scheduled these two guys who have known each other since they were 10 years old, whose mothers are close, and treated them to Midnight Madness for their officials. Izzo seemed to have orchestrated this to make MSU too attractive for these two to go anywhere else.
