I especially liked the Hummel interview and was glad to hear that he listens to your podcast. I am not sure, but I get the feeling the national guys don’t know much about the incoming recruits beyond their rankings. Hummel seemed a little more informed. They often mention Booker as someone who could make a big difference this year, but I think Carr is the most likely to make a big impact. His body looks ready for college play, and he appears to play with a fierce intensity.
Sweet, I'm about to embark on a road trip tomorrow, so I'll definitely be listening. I think Hummel is one of the best college basketball announcers, regardless of network. I very much enjoy having him do B10 games, but I'm guessing it might not be long before one of the national networks grabs his services. He's well spoken, knows the game, does his homework and therefore knows the teams. I'm happy any time I tune into a MSU game and he's announcing.

From the TFFINOTS interview, I'm blown away that Hummel isn't signed yet for the upcoming season. What in the world is BTN thinking? He's by far their best color announcer!
