Rod and Eric, your interview and game recap with Coach Garland was exceptional.  I enjoyed the insights such as the upcoming practices will be more about fundamentals rather the scrimmages.  Also, the conversation having to teach the proper way to shoot the ball and the eventual improvement as upperclassmen. The most interesting portion was the discussion about offensive rebounding.  "It needs to get fixed."  I thought the lack of emphasis in this area was a function of the personnel not being conducive to that approach.  I'd love to see the old four to the boards again.

More than AJ's scoring, I liked him being vocal on the floor.  Obviously, the yelling at Jaxon for not helping on the drive, but mid second half there was a base line in bound. AJ pointed to the floor where he wanted Pierre to be.  Right after that, in the huddle, AJ was adamant with someone and CTI was looking at AJ like, "I'm good with what he's saying."  I hope we can see more of this AJ consistently.  A good teammate and leader, facilitating.  Maybe we could drag his family around the upper midwest.

Gentlemen, your podcasts are always excellent.  This was the best one ever.
