Good presser from Izzo yesterday. He as usual was frank about the team. What I took away was that the he and the team had gotten distracted by working on offense and that wasn’t the real issue rather they need to get back to defense, rebounding and running. If they do that then we will see a team Izzo believes can be very good. 
The million dollar question is will they play that way Saturday. I’m optimistic they will because Izzo has more control of defense than offense. He can substitute based on who is playing better on defense rather than worrying about are there any shooters on the floor. He referred back to Jud’s saying “our best offense is the missed shot.” So run for the layup or get the put back. We may not get enough to win but it will be Spartan basketball.
