I am a few days late on this, but as I keep thinking back on the Southern Indiana game, a sequence from Tre Holloman still sticks with me. I'm not exactly sure what time in the game this occurred, but I'm quite sure it was after the starter's were apparently unaware the second half started, Izzo took a timeout with his head as close to a balloon ready to pop as we have seen in, my opinion, quite some time. 

I'm looking at the string of texts I sent a couple of my MSU buddies during this stretch. First text at 8:28 PM: "F*cking TRE". Again at 8:28 PM, "TREEEEEEE". 8:28 PM (not a typo), I text "Tre AGAIN." At 8:29 PM, "DAWG". Finally at 8:32 PM, I tell my guys, "Tre Holloman ignited all of that. Drive and dish to Booker, then feeding Booker in the post. Go ahead pass to Ty Walk, finding Coop. Plus he defends his ass off."

I thought that was such an important part of the game to keep it from getting back in reach for SIU. Even going 2-5, I thought his non-shot-clock-winding-down-have-to-jack-it-up three looked good, he looks so much more comfortable in the offense and picking his spots to attack, gets in opponent's shorts defensively. As a coach myself, I am super partial to glue guys like Tre. (Kyle Ahrens was my favorite Spartan for about three years running for God's sake.) I felt a need to give that kid some shine on here since I find myself thinking back on that sequence in a 'non-premier blowout win' two full days later.
