NCAA says it's not considering MSG a neutral court game.

I was at the game with 5 Spartan Alums wearing our green and white. Spartan supporters were scattered throughout the arena and looked like sprinkles on an ice cream cone. Rutgers owned MSG. It was definitely an home atmosphere for Rutgers.
